QC, tunay na business-ready!

Nakiisa ang Quezon City government sa ginanap na “New insights on the Philippine business environment: Exploring the World Bank’s Business Ready Report” forum na inorganisa ng Anti-Red Tape Authority at World Bank Group.

Ibinahagi nina World Bank Global Indicators Group Director Norman Loayza ang resulta ng Business Ready (B-Ready) report, kung saan pinag-aralan kung gaano kahanda ang bansa pagdating sa pagpapalawak ng business-friendly programs and policies.

Bilang Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit sa NCR, ibinida rin ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang mga programa ng lungsod pagdating sa pagpapatupad ng Ease of Doing Business (EODB).

Nakiisa sa forum sina ARTA Director General Ernesto Perez, World Bank Operations Manager for Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei Dr. Dandan Chen, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice President Jude Aguilar, EODB Co-Vice Chair Ruy Moreno, at City Administrator Michael Victor Alimurung.

Bumisita naman ang mga kinatawan ng ARTA at World Bank Group sa tanggapan ng QC Business Permits and Licensing Department at Department of Building Official upang malaman ang best practices ng lungsod pagdating sa efficient business-friendly programs.
