Nagsagawa ng Orientation on Basic Digital Literacy para sa mga QC Tekinanays ang QC Gender and Development Council Office katuwang ang QC Division of City School at Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO).

Dinaluhan ito ng walumpu’t limang (85) nanay mula sa District 1, 3 at 4 kung saan sila ay tinuruan ng mga pangunahing kaalaman sa paggamit ng computer, at paano tugunan ang cyberbullying.
