Idinaos sa Quezon City Hall ang pagbubukas at oryentasyon ng Palihang LIRA 2023. Dumalo sa hybrid set-up nito ang 24 fellows mula sa iba-ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Ang Palihang LIRA o Linangan sa Imahen, Retorika, at Anyo ay may layuning mapagyaman ang panulaang Filipino.

Sasailalim ang napiling fellows sa anim na buwan na talakayan ng iba-ibang lecture na makatutulong sa kanilang pagsusulat ng tula.

Nagbigay din ng lecture si National Artist for Literature at LIRA founder Virgilio S. Almario ukol sa panitikan ng bansa.

Dumalo ang mga miyembro at opisyal ng LIRA na sina Tala Tanigue, LJ Sanchez, Abner Dormiendo, Joey Tabula, at QC Human Resources Management Department head Atty. Noel Del Prado.
