SA QC, LAHAT MAY OPORTUNIDAD!
Nakapagtapos na ang 19 women persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) na nakapiit sa Quezon City Jail Female Dormitory (QCJFD) sa kursong BS Entreprenuership na bahagi ng programang “No Woman Left Behind” ng lungsod.
Sa tulong ng programang inilunsad ni Mayor Joy Belmonte, may magandang kinabukasan na ang mga PDL na naging scholar ng Quezon City University (QCU).
Bukod sa 2-year college degree, bahagi rin ng education programs sa QCJFD ang Adult Basic Education, High School Equivalency, at creative and recreational programs.
Bahagi nito ang mga programang nagbibigay oportunidad para sa PDLs tulad livelihood, aftercare services, mother and child care, at health care services.
