Need to Know: The Quezon City Public Library North Fairview Branch Library is the 23rd branch of the QCPL. It was organized by the Barangay officials not only for the children but to serve the nearby schools and universities located within the barangay. It offers a wide variety of reference materials suitable for all grade levels.
The Quezon City Public Library North Fairview Library is housed on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey multi-purpose building in Barangay North Fairview. The space the library now occupies was formerly a multi-purpose room. It was converted into a functional library that serves the educational, informational and research needs of the community.
