The Quezon City Public Library Cubao Branch was established on October 1, 1954.

Need to Know: The Cubao Branch Library is the oldest branch library and was formerly the Main Library. It is very much supported by the Barangay Kamuning council particularly on its library activities. The library caters to the informational and research needs of the community particularly to the nearby schools like Ramon Magsaysay High School and the Marcelo H. Del Pilar Elementary School. The library is also a venue of activities for the Persons with disabilities (PWD).

The Quezon City Public Library Cubao Branch was established on October 1, 1954. It is housed on the first floor of the Lions Clubs International Bldg. K3rd St. Corner EDSA Bernardo Park Barangay Kamuning, Quezon City. This space was donated by the Lions Club International.

Activities:

Cubao Branch Library conducts various activities such as storytelling, puppet show, Arts and Crafts, reading tutorials, activities for Children with disabilities in partnership with the Samahan ng PWD ng Barangay Kamuning and the annual Spoken word poetry contest in partnership with the Lions Club International District 301-D2.
