Name of Library: Quezon City Public Library – Greater Project 4 Branch (District III)
Inaugurated on August 16, 2006, the Greater Project 4 Branch Library is located at the 2nd floor of SB Building, Multipurpose Hall Plaza at Magat Salamat St. Barangay Marilag Project 4.

Need to Know:
The Greater Project 4 Branch Library was initiated by civic spirited individuals led by Ms. Plocklick Q. Pavia who turned over the library to the QCPL for its operations.
The Spelling Bee Contest is one of the major activities being conducted by the District 3 Libraries. It is participated by elementary students from different schools in District 3. For the year 2023, District 3 Libraries decided to alternate participants from elementary students to high school students to observe their improvement when it comes to their language and vocabulary skills.
Inaugurated on August 16, 2006, the Greater Project 4 Branch Library is located at the 2nd floor of SB Building, Multipurpose Hall Plaza at Magat Salamat St. Barangay Marilag Project 4. It was the first reading center of District 3. To better improve the library services, the building was rehabilitated in June 2022 and was fully completed in December 2022. The library is now more conducive for learning and research and well ventilated. The library caters to all grade levels and to all sectors. It was re-inaugurated on February 21, 2023.
