The Quezon City Public Library Novaliches branch, a three-storey building was established on June 10, 2008 under the administration of Mayor Sonny Belmonte.

Need to Know: The former Novaliches Branch Library building was the biggest branch library of QCPL. This library had a mini-museum and a Booktanical Garden. It is the 2nd oldest branch library established.
The Quezon City Public Library Novaliches branch, a three-storey building was established on June 10, 2008 under the administration of Mayor Sonny Belmonte. It was demolished in 2021 to give way to the construction of a twin tower,. The construction started in 2022 and is still ongoing.
