The Project 8 Branch Library was located formerly at the Multi-Purpose Hall (CAWAS BUILDING) Jersey St. in Barangay Bahay Toro in 1989.

Need to Know: Project 8 Branch Library recently conducted a summer tutorial program for grade school pupils in Barangay Bahay Toro, with some of the participants having learning disabilities.

The Project 8 Branch Library was located formerly at the Multi-Purpose Hall (CAWAS BUILDING) Jersey St. in Barangay Bahay Toro in 1989. The new library building was inaugurated on June 24, 1998. The additional 3-storey building for the library inaugurated on September 30, 2017 and houses a mini museum.

Project 8 Branch Library recently conducted a summer tutorial program for grade school pupils in Barangay Bahay Toro, with some of the participants having learning disabilities. Its goal was to evaluate and address the child’s existing needs in the preparation for the upcoming school year and maintain their academic momentum to prevent learning gaps. The library also provides a space for the students to complete their group projects and spend their free time playing educational board games, which is also a significant learning tool for all pupils.
