Hinimok ng Quezon City Government ang mga kabataang QCitizen na makiisa sa kampanya upang mabawasan ang plastic waste sa ginanap na Plastic-Free Future Youth Forum ng pamahalaang lungsod, Greenpeace Philippines, Climate Change Commission (CCC), at Break Free From Plastic (BFFP) Movement.

Ibinahagi ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto ang mga polisiya ng lungsod para suportahan ang adbokasiya, tulad ng Plastic Bag Ban Ordinance (City Ordinance 2868-2019) at Single-Use Plastic/ Disposable Materials Ban Ordinance (2876-2019).

Binanggit naman ni Quezon City Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department (CCESD) Head Andrea Villaroman ang iba pang programa ng lungsod para sa kalikasan kabilang ang Trash to Cashback, at Vote to Tote program.

Nagbigay din ng kanilang mensahe para sa mga kabataan sina Sen. Loren Legarda, CCC Vice Chairperson and Executive Director Robert E.A. Borje, at CCC Commissioner Rachel Anne S. Herrera. Naroon din sina Greenpeace Philippines Zero Waste Campaigner Marian Ledesma, Gaia Asia Pacific Deputy Director Miriam Azurin, Christian Derafera ng Student Council Alliance of the Philippines, at mga youth representative mula sa iba-ibang organisasyon.
