The Quezon City Government, through the QC Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) in partnership with the QC Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (SBCDPO), has set up the QC AccessABLE Market, supporting and providing QCitizen Persons with Disability (PWD) entrepreneurs with accessible livelihood opportunities. 

Under the program, QCitizen PWDs and their relatives are given the opportunity to showcase their home-made and hand-made products through organized bazaars.

Individuals who have completed skills and entrepreneurship training programs, and those who have existing small businesses or products, are also welcome to apply. 

Integrated in the Kasama Ka sa Kyusi (KKSK) Program, the AccessABLE Market is part of the city’s commitment to promoting economic inclusivity and sustainable livelihood for the city’s PWDs. 

In 2025, the program held a 40-Day Bazaar participated in by 30 merchants, generating PHP 2,115,150 in revenues.

As of April 2026, the AccessABLE Market has 23 active entrepreneurs with disabilities, earning PHP 2,147,318 within 41 days.
