The Quezon City Local Government through the City Engineering Department has constructed the Baesa Columbarium located inside the Baesa Cemetery which offers affordable columbarium vault rental to QCitizens. 

The project designed by the City Architect Department is a 1.2-hectare facility meant to be an alternative for the remains of the dead with dedicated space for wakes, chapel, crematorium and a park which QCitizens can visit.

The columbarium also offers cremation, inurnment, memorial services (before the inurnment) and chapel services for the wake. 

To request for inurnment at Baesa Columbarium, QCitizens shall submit the following requirements.

• Two (2) valid Government issued IDs (including QCitizen ID) of the deceased. 

• Barangay Certificate of Residency of the deceased (at least 1 year resident)

• Death Certificate

• Certificate of Cremation

• Valid Government issued ID of relative.

Columbary Vault Entrance Fee: Php 100.00

Annual Rental for Vaults 

1st & 2nd tier: Php 2,000.00

3rd & 4th tier: Php 3,500.00

5th & 6th tier: Php 2,000.00

Baesa Columbarium is open and available to all QCitizens from Monday to Saturday, including holidays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
