The Quezon City Government has partnered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Philippines for the Bigyang-Halaga, Bangon Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (BBMSME) program.

The program aims to give technical assistance and training of regulatory compliance, product registration, and other relevant topics for MSMEs.  It also aims to streamline the registration process, making it easier and more accessible for them to comply with FDA regulations. In supporting the MSMEs, these enterprises will in turn help create employment, boost productivity and improve the quality of life for all citizens.
