The Quezon City Government has partnered with Concentrix to set up the Call Center Academy.

The program will conduct trainings and seminars for Quezon City residents who want to join Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

The program is open to high school graduates and senior high school students, senior citizens, persons with disabilities and anyone who is interested.
