The local government of Quezon City via the Market Development and Administration Department (MDAD) and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) is conducting chest X-ray to market vendors of the city.

The activity aims to ensure the health of the vendors who frequent face to face encounters with customers.  This is also to detect and address any complications like tuberculosis.  Those who are detected with ailments are sent for consultation and are given free medication.
