The Quezon City Government through the Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department has completed a housing project in Barangay Balingasa and is soon to start another one.

The local government has formally opened the three-storey QC Socialized Housing and will soon commence tart on another twelve-storey project.  The project aims to give decent and affordable housing to the indigent residents of Quezon City.
