The Quezon City Government employees, through the Kyusi Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperatives (KEMPCO), in cooperation with the Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (SBCDPO), have established a Business Center that serves as a venue for various businesses owned by fellow city workers to grow further and provide services and livelihood opportunities.
The multi-purpose cooperative offers delicious meals and drinks, along with laundry shop services, water refilling, printing and photo services for QCitizens. They also plan to include dental services and a barbershop soon.
As of November 2025, KEMPCO has 2,638 members. The membership application for KEMPCO is still open. To register, interested employees shall attend a pre-membership seminar.
The local government is continuously committed to supporting city employees in growing their businesses.
The KEMPCO Business Center is located at 23 Makatarungan St., behind the Quezon City Hall.
