The Quezon City Local Government, led by the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL), has embarked on a project to build a library in every barangay. 

This not only encourages Qcitizens, young and old, to get into the habit of learning but also provides a space for students to do schoolwork and engage in further learning. 

All QCitizens and non-QCitizens are welcome to visit the public libraries. Opening and closing hours for the branches may vary. 

The city government highly values the establishment of libraries in the city to assist the residents in their development and education.
