The Quezon City Government has built a new city jail male dormitory for the city’s persons deprived of liberty (PDL) to avoid overcrowding.

With the governments stance on inclusivity, PDLs also have to right to receive the city’s services.

The new male dormitory is located in Barangay Payatas.
