The Quezon City Government through Rosario Maclang Bautista General Hospital and Quezon City Kabahagi Center for Children with Disabilities has launched the Ngiting QC Cleft Center.

Under this program, the government will provide free cleft lip and cleft palate surgery in the hospital. The service is available to the city’s indigent patients with cleft deformities.
