The Quezon City Government has partnered with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte to launch the  Producers to Consumers (P2C) Program.

With the P2C, the local government will have direct access to the produce of Ilocos Norte without passing through traders and middlemen which increases the prices of the goods. The program will benefit both the farmers of Ilocos Norte and the consumers of Quezon City.
