The Quezon City Government, through the QC Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) and the QC Citizen Services Department (QCCSD), has launched the QC iReport via the QC e-Services and QCitizen app, allowing QC and non-QC residents to report their non-emergency complaints, concerns, requests, and inquiries.
The digital platform will require a brief description of the concern, its location, and uploading of supporting pictures. Upon submission, the city government will forward the concern to the department in charge.
With the help of an integrated tracking system, users can monitor and track the report’s progress.
Listed below are the non-emergency concerns that can be submitted:
- Busted Streetlights (Steel Posts)
- Clogged Drainage
- Illegal Gambling
- Illegal Parking
- No Building Permit
- No Business Permit
- Potholes
- Uncollected Residential Garbage
Users may opt to log in using their QC e-Services account or submit reports anonymously by choosing the site’s guest mode.
More incident types are expected to be included in the future.
This initiative is part of the city’s commitment to promoting and strengthening transparency, accountability, and citizens’ participation.
To learn more about using the platform, kindly check out the How to File a Complaint in QC iReport.
For emergency concerns that require immediate action, please call Helpline 122. QCitizens are also encouraged to download the QCitizen App on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Follow the QC Gov Official Facebook page and website for other city-wide programs and announcements
