The Quezon City Government, through the Quezon City Department of Engineering (QCDE), has launched the QC Open Infra Dashboard— a centralized digital project billboard that allows the public to track and monitor city-funded infrastructure projects from 2019.
Accessible via the QC e-Services, the dashboard contains comprehensive information on the city’s infrastructure projects, including the project’s title, type, status, location, contractor, cost, start and completion dates, and duration.
It also provides summarized insights and geotagged photos from the Geographic Information System (GIS) that help in locating built structures with precision.
Obtaining details from the city’s Infrastructure Project Management System (IPMS) that holds data on the city’s schools, barangay halls, multipurpose buildings, drainage upgrading, road construction and maintenance, park construction and rehabilitation, and flood control projects, the QC Open Infra Dashboard aims to provide QCitizens with a more open, clearer, and more accessible information.
The dashboard is part of the city’s initiatives in strengthening its transparency and accountability efforts, and its commitment to the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
