The Quezon City Government has launched QC Pay Easy—an electronic payment platform within the QC E-services—which enables residents, business owners, and taxpayers to pay taxes and conduct business transactions online.
Under QC Pay Easy, QCitizens can now pay via PayMaya e-wallet, online banking via Paygate, Visa/Mastercard (PayMaya), and GCash for their transactions.
Following the payment is the issuance of an Electronic Official Receipt (eOR) equipped with added security features, including a watermark, a CTO QR validator, and password protection, sent to the client’s email.
The program complies with the call of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and Republic Act No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, which seeks to digitize government transactions.
For more information, kindly reach out to the QC Information Technology Development Department (ITDD). Visit the “How to Pay Your Real Property Tax” and “How to Pay Your Business Tax” guides for step-by-step payment instructions. Interested QCitizens may also access the QC E-services platform for applying to other city services, such as the QC Scholarship program, POP QC, Pangkabuhayang QC, housing programs, and veterinary services, among others.
