The Housing Program of the Quezon City Government initiates affordable housing and condominium projects with units distributed to qualified residents through a housing loan scheme, which has a maximum loanable amount of PHP 750,000.
During the last few years, the city was able to provide 27,887 families into safe and dignified housing. This program is part of Quezon City’s commitment to ensuring safe and stable living conditions for its residents, helping uplift their quality of life and fostering a sense of community.
