The Quezon City Government, through the QC Youth Development Office (QCYDO) in partnership with UST Angelicum College Inc., launched the Technical Vocational Education and Training wherein 50 QC Youths are granted TVET full scholarship.

The following courses are included:

• Cookery
• Bread and Pastry Production
• Food and Beverage Services
• Bartending
• Housekeeping
