* By appointment only (No walk-ins)
* Available in-clinic or online via Google Meet (10:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
HOW TO AVAIL:

2. Select or mention “#QCIDPERKS” when booking
3. Pay the ₱200 non-refundable reservation fee
4. Present your QCID and confirmation on the day of your session

* 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
* No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the promo benefit and reservation fee
* Promo cannot be combined with other discounts
