Nakibahagi ang QCitizens sa serye ng public consultation para sa proposed schedule ng Market Values sa Lungsod Quezon na pinangasiwaan ng Office of the City Assessor.

Paksa ng talakayan ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act at ang pag-update ng market values ng mga properties na akma sa market trends sa lungsod.

Isinasagawa ito alinsunod sa Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RA 12001), na nag-aatas sa City Assessor’s Office na bumuo ng updated Schedule of Market Values (SMV) para sa mga real property sa Lungsod Quezon.

Binigyang tugon ni City Assessor Atty. Sherry Gonzalvo ang mga tanong at hinaing ng mga dumalo sa open forum.
