An ordinance giving authority to the City Mayor to issue Emergency Measures to regulate the sale, distribution, and consumption of Liquor and other intoxicating beverages within the city, enforceable during the period of Public Health Emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, subject to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) and Metro Manila Council Guidelines.
