Mas pinadali na ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ang pagkuha ng QCitizen ID (PWD, senior citizen, resident, at non-resident) sa pamamagitan ng QC e-Services portal: https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/.
Libre rin ang pagkuha ng purchase booklet sa mga tanggapan ng QC Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), at QC Office for the Senior Citizens’ Affairs (OSCA) sa Quezon City Hall, o sa anim na District Action Office sa lungsod.
