PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that the deadline for availing the transfer tax amnesty on real property by way of successional rights as provided under SP No. 3246, S2023, will be on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

To accommodate those who desire to avail of the amnesty, the City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) will be open on this date. The taxes and fees division will assist taxpayers from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, to ensure that those qualified to avail of the amnesty will be able to meet the deadline.
