This program provides additional financial assistance in the amount of PHP 3,000 per beneficiary for the educational needs of indigent children and youth. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least in Grade 4 to Grade 10
• Enrolled in public school or Alternative Learning System (ALS)
• From a family with 4 or more children
• Not 4Ps beneficiary
• Residing in Quezon City

REQUIREMENTS:

• Original Barangay Certificate of Indigency
• Original Certificate of Enrollment from the school
• 1 photocopy of the recent school ID
• 1 photocopy of valid government-issued ID (Preferably QC ID)

PROCESS:

1. Go to SSDD to apply and undergo an interview and assessment or log in at QC E-Services.
2. If qualified, the applicant will receive notification via call, email or personal visit of the SSDD  staff who instruct them to submit the needed requirements within a week.
3. SSDD will inform the beneficiaries through call, text message, or email of the schedule and venue of the distribution of educational assistance.
