REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Original Copy of Certificate of Enrollment
• 1 Original Copy of Barangay Indigency 
• 1 Photocopy of either a Solo Parent ID from SSDD or a PWD ID (QCID) from PDAO

PROCESS: 

1. Send an email to ssdd@quezoncity.gov.ph to express your interest in applying for educational assistance and submit the requirements.
2. Set an appointment for an interview and assessment. 
3. Check your email for an update on the status of your application.
