The Quezon City Stops All Forms of Exploitation (SAFE) Seal is a voluntary certification granted to business establishments that promote and implement safety and protection measures against all forms of exploitation, including human trafficking.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Declaration of Commitment
• Proof of Photos of Displayed IEC Materials
• Proof of Training/Orientation of Frontline Staff

NOTE: All applicants must have a valid Business Permit at the time of application 

APPLICATION VIA E-SERVICES:

1. Complete the Declaration of Commitment form and prepare all the listed requirements for upload.
2. Go to QC E-Services and select ‘Business One-Stop Shop’ from the list of services.
3. Select ‘Apply for QC Safe Seal.’
4. Input your mayor’s permit number for validation.
5. Upload the requirements, and upon submission, the Safety Seal application will be evaluated.
6. Once approved, the business will receive a copy of the Safety Seal for printing. If documents are incomplete, an email will request additional documents.
