A QCitizen ID allows you to apply for local government services online and avail the promos and discounts in selected establishments.

REQUIREMENTS:

FOR EMPLOYEE

• At least (1) document that shows the applicant’s full name, company name, company address in Quezon City, and either the employment date or date issued, confirming that the applicant is currently employed

1. Company ID
2. Most recent Pay Slip
3. Employment Certification

FOR TRICYCLE DRIVERS

• TODA or Barangay Clearance
  • (1) Photocopy 

FOR TRICYCLE OPERATORS / FRANCHISE HOLDER

• Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit under applicant’s name
  • (1) Photocopy
  • TODA must be registered in Quezon City

FOR STUDENTS

• At least (1) of the following documents that list the applicant’s full name, school name, proof of 

1. School ID (upload front & back)
2. Proof of Enrollment  (TOR, Registration Form)

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

• Current Business Permit under the applicant’s name
  • (1) Photocopy

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

• Real Property Tax Bill under applicant’s name
  • (1) Photocopy

• Land Title under the applicant’s name
  • (1) Photocopy 

STEPS:

1. Register or log-in to QC E-Services.
2. Choose and click ‘QC ID eApplication’.
3. A step-by-step instruction will be shown for your guidance.

4. A notification will be sent upon approval of your application.  Should your application be rejected, applicant will be informed of the reason for rejection. Simply reapply and submit the corrected data/document.
5. You may process your QCID on the ground floor of the Civic Center, Building A, inside the Quezon City Hall Compound.

REMINDERS:

1. Strictly one QC E-Services account for one email address used.
2. If applying for other family members, make sure to use a different email address and different QC E-Services account.
3. Disclose the correct and active contact numbers, as you may receive notifications via your contact number.
