Qualified businesses can receive tax incentives (even tax breaks) for up to 10 years, depending on your category.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Medium and Large Enterprise (MLEs) with assets above Php 15 million (excluding land value)
- New businesses established, created, and registered in QC within the last 12 months
- Businesses planning to expand in QC or existing QC-registered businesses
- Businesses moving their headquarters from another city to QC, and having at least Php 1 billion gross sales of interest income
- Companies headquartered in QC for 15+ years
STANDARD DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Application Form (through the Investors’ Portal)
- Business Permit
- Business Model (Project Study/Report showing financial projections, particularly on the income statement)
- Certification of Tax Incentives from any National Government Agencies, if applicable
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT IF CORPORATION:
- Secretary’s Certificate, certifying that a Board Resolution has been issued authorizing the designated officer to sign, apply for, and submit requirements on behalf of the applicant’s enterprise (if applicable)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS IF REPRESENTATIVE:
- Special Power of Attorney (For Sole Proprietorship/Partnership)
- Proof of Authority of Representative:
- Company ID of the Authorized Representative with 3 specimen signatures
- Government-issued ID of the Authorized Representative with 3 specimen signatures
CATEGORY REQUIREMENTS:
For New Businesses and Business Expansions
- Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and a Tax Declaration of Real Property (if the registered land is owned)
- Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, and a Real Property Tax Declaration of Real Property (if the newly constructed building is owned)
- Affidavit of Undertaking
For Principal Office Relocations
- Business Permit from other city or LGU
- Audited Financial Statements of the previous taxable year
- SEC Amendment Form (proof of submission to tZhe SEC of the Amendment of Articles of Incorporation)
- Deed of Undertaking
For Loyal Businesses
- Audited Financial Statements of the previous taxable year
- SEC General Information Sheet (GIS)
- Affidavit of Undertaking
Note: The documents listed above are basic requirements. Additional documents may be required during the application process, depending on the type of incentives.
PROCESS:
- Register or log in via QC E-Services.
- Scroll down the list of services and click ‘Investor Portal.’
- Select your incentives package and input your Mayor’s Permit number and business name.
- Complete the e-application form and upload the required documents.
- Wait for email confirmation regarding the status of your application.
