Qualified solo parents may receive sari-sari store items.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Solo parent who is currently unemployed/has been a victim of domestic violence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Application form from Gender and Development Council Office
• Solo Parent QCitizen ID and Certificate issued by Social Services Development Department
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Child or School ID
• Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
• Photocopy of valid ID (SSS, TIN, Voters ID, UMID, any government ID, QCitizen ID)
• Photo of the area where the sari-sari store will be put up

PROCESS:

1. Visit the Facebook page of Quezon City Gender and Development Council for announcements on when program application starts and other details.
2. Fill out the application form.
3. Wait for a text message or email from GAD regarding your application.
4. Attend the scheduled interview.
5. Attend an orientation.
6. Watch out for updates regarding the Awarding Ceremony and the distribution of goods.
