2. Wait for a verification call or text within 24 to 48 hours regarding the details of the pickup. Make sure that the chosen option has been confirmed.
3. Visit the Quezon City Health Department Building located at Mayaman St. corner Kalayaan Ave, Brgy. Central, Quezon City.
4. Watch the instructional video before taking the test.
5. Report your HIV test result.

PROCESS FOR SHIPPING:

1. Answer the reservation form to register for a free HIV self-test kit.
2. Wait for a verification call or text within 24 to 48 hours regarding the details of the pickup. Make sure that the chosen option has been confirmed.
3. Pay the shipping fee for the self-test kit that will be delivered through J&T Express. The kit will be delivered within 3-7 days, depending on your location.
4. Watch the instructional video before taking the test.
5. Report your HIV test result.

PROCESS FOR BOOKING:

1. Answer the reservation form to register for a free HIV self-test kit.

2. Wait for a verification call or text within 24 to 48 hours regarding the details of the pickup. Make sure that the chosen option has been confirmed.
3. Book and pay for a Grab or Lalamove for the pickup of your self-test kit.
4. Watch the instructional video before taking the test.
5. Report your HIV test result.
