Through the First Time Job Seeker / Pre-Employment Financial Aid Program, fresh graduates, out-of-school youth, and individuals entering the workforce for the first time may get the fees for securing an occupational permit and health card waived.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Resume/ Bio Data
• PESO Skills Registry System (PESO-SRS) Form from the Quezon City Public Employment Service Office
•  Barangay Certification for First Time Job Seeker (FTJS) Act 
• List of Requirements from Employer 

PROCESS:

1. Secure PESO-SRS Form from the Information Desk of the Public Employment Service Office located on the 6th Floor of Civic Center Building A at Quezon City Hall.
2. Fill out the PESO-SRS Form and submit the requirements to Window 1, 2, 3, or 4.
3. Secure First Time Job Seeker certificate from the job placement officer.
