The rental is exclusively open to the underprivileged, homeless, and Informal Settler Families (ISFs) who cannot afford economic or low-cost housing but are willing to pay an amount of eight hundred pesos (Php 800.00) monthly, which will correspondingly increase every three years, at a rate to be determined by the Local Housing Board (LHB). The term of the lease shall be renewable every three years from the date of the agreement, and the lease period must not exceed twenty-five years.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate of No Property Holdings from the City Assessor’s Department
- 1 Original and 1 Photocopy of Proof of income (pay slips, etc.)
- For Formal Income Earners:
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation
- For non formal income earners (ex. vendors)
- Affidavit of Income
- For Formal Income Earners:
- Affidavit of Proof of other source of income (if any)
- 1 Original and 1 Photocopy of QCitizen ID
- 1 Original and 1 Photocopy of Voter’s ID
- 1 Original and 1 Photocopy of Barangay Certification indicating length of residency and originally signed by the Punong Barangay (with dry seal)
- Photos (family picture) of all members of the applicant’s household
- Photocopy of marriage certificate (if any) and Birth certificate(s) of Applicant and Dependents
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
For Solo Parents:
- Solo Parent’s ID issued by QC SSDD
For QC Government Employees:
- Duly Issued Certificate of Employment to prove three (3) years of continuous service
REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A DISCOUNT AFTER THE SCREENING PROCESS:
- 1 Original and 1 photocopy- Notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation/Affidavit Employer of Client of Income for non-formal income earners, ex. Vendors and others
- 1 Original and 1 photocopy Latest one month pay slip
- 1 Original and 1 photocopy Certificate of Indigency
- 1 Original and 1 photocopy- Case Study Report
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Accomplish the HCDRD online application form to be included in the housing raffle.
- Follow the official Facebook page of Housing, Community Development and Resettlement Department – Quezon City for announcements.
- If your name is announced as one of the possible beneficiaries for the housing project, you may submit the requirements at the Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department located on the 3rd floor of Civic Center C at Quezon City Hall.
NOTE: An Applicant may be assigned to the appropriate socialized housing project of the City Government, if any, or to a waitlist. An Applicant assigned to a waitlist shall be stacked according to priority level and chronological order of application.
