ON-PREMISE: 

1. If the pet is registered on-premise, an email will be sent to your registered email containing the tracking number you will use to link your account.

2. Click the ‘link onprem’ registration button on the QC Vet dashboard found on your QC E-Services account. 

3. A pop-up prompt will be displayed. Enter the tracking number in the blank field and click save.
