JobStart Life Skills Training offers career guidance and workplace experience to individuals with limited to no work experience. This ten-day, self-paced training program is held via Google Classroom and comes with an allowance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bona fide Quezon City resident
- Eighteen (18) to Twenty-four years of age
- At least a high school graduate
- Able to read and write
- Currently not in education, employment, or training, with no experience or less than one (1) year of accumulated work experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) photocopies each of:
- QCitizen ID or any valid government-issued ID with current address and three (3) signatures
- Latest school credential (e.g. diploma, certificate of enrollment/ registration, or transcript of records)
- Two copies of 2×2 ID pictures
- 1 long brown envelope
PROCESS:
- Check out QC PESO Special Projects Facebook page for announcements on the start of registration and the registration link.
- Register on the provided registration form.
- Wait for a call or message for the assessment.
- If deemed qualified, you will have to submit the requirements at the PESO office located on the 6th Floor of Civic Center Building A at Quezon City Hall.
- After completing the two-week training, there will be a culminating activity or job fair to help you find employment.
- Get your Certificate of Completion.
