2. After reading the disclaimer, you will be redirected to QC E-Services, where you may log in with your email, Google, or Facebook.
3. Scroll down the list of services then click ‘Discourteous Employee.’
4. Give the details of your report.
5. You may include the name of the person being reported.
6. You may upload proof or evidence to support your claim.
7. Click ‘Submit.’

STEPS VIA QC E-SERVICES:

1. Log in to qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph with your email, Google, or Facebook. 
2. Scroll down the list of services then click ‘Discourteous Employee.’
3. Read the disclaimer and check the box below to confirm you understand its content.
4. Give the details of your report.
5. You may include the name of the person being reported.
6. You may attach proof or evidence to support your claim.
7. Click ‘Submit.’
