1. Look for the People’s Corner section on the homepage of the Quezon City Government website and  click ‘Report an Establishment.’
2. After reading the disclaimer, you will be redirected to QC E-Services, where you may log in using an email or a Google or Facebook account. 
3. Select the violation from the given options.
4. Give the details of your report.
5. You may upload proof or evidence to support your claim.
6. Click ‘Submit.’

STEPS VIA QC E-SERVICES:

1. Log in to qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph using an email or a Google or Facebook account. 
2. Scroll down the list of services then click ‘Report an Establishment.’
3. Read the disclaimer and check the box indicating you have read and understood its content.
4. Select the violation from the given options.
5. Give the details of your report.
6. You may attach proof or evidence to support your claim.
7. Click ‘Submit.’
