PROCESS:
- Visit the City Legal Department located on the 7th floor of the Main Building of the Quezon City Hall.
- Fill out the health declaration form that will be given to you.
- Register in the logbook and answer the questions asked regarding your concern.
- Fill out the Public Assistance and Legal Aid Office form.
- You will be referred to an officer, who will assist you.
- A lawyer will be assigned to speak with you.
