STEPS VIA THE QUEZON CITY GOVERNMENT WEBSITE:

1. Look for the People’s Corner section on the homepage of Quezon City Government website and  click, ‘Request for a Service.’
2. After reading the disclaimer, you will be redirected to QC E-Services, where you may log in using an email or a Google or Facebook account. 
3. Choose a service that you need from the list of choices.
4. Write the details of your request.
5. You may upload proof or evidence supporting your request.
6. Click ‘submit.’

STEPS VIA QC E-SERVICES:

1. Log in to qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph using an email or a Google or Facebook account. 
2. Scroll down the list of services on the dashboard and click ‘Request Service.’
3. Read the disclaimer and check the box that indicates you have read and understood the content.
4. Choose a service that you need from the list of choices.
5. Write the details of your request.
6. You may upload proof or evidence supporting your request.
7. Click ‘Submit.’
