PROCESS:

1. Register your pet to the QC vet system via QC E-Services.
2. Once you have registered, you may set an appointment with the City Veterinary Department.
3. Click the ‘set appointment’ button under the action column.
4. Select the type, date, and time of appointment. Available slots will be displayed after selecting the preferred date.
5. Check your email for notifications regarding your appointment.
