In celebration of National MSME Week, the Quezon City Government—led by Mayor Joy Belmonte —proudly launches QC MSME Week 2025, running from July 7 to 12, 2025 at Araneta City.
Anchored on the theme “From Startups to Scaleups: Empowering MSMEs to be Future Market Leaders,” this six-day event affirms Quezon City’s commitment to strengthening the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as vital drivers of inclusive economic growth.
In accordance with Republic Act No. 9501 (Magna Carta for MSMEs), which declares the second week of July as MSME Week, the Quezon City Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (QC-SBCDPO) has mobilized a series of programs in collaboration with national agencies and private sector partners.
“We believe that MSMEs are the heart of inclusive economic growth,” said Mayor Joy Belmonte. “This week is more than a celebration—it is a concrete manifestation of our city’s commitment to help small businesses grow through improved access to financing, skills training, and markets. We envision a future where Quezon City’s MSMEs become the next generation of industry leaders.”
QC MSME Week 2025 will serve as a one-stop hub where local entrepreneurs can access business registration assistance, skills development programs, financial literacy, and market linkage opportunities. Key highlights of the week include:
