Bumisita sa Boy Scouts Quezon City Council ang delegasyon mula sa JeonNam Province Scout Council at mga City Councilors mula sa GwangYang City, South Korea. Bahagi ito ng Scout Exchange Program sa pagitan ng Quezon City at GwangYang City na itinuturing na sister-city ng lungsod.

Kabilang sa delegasyon sina JeonNam Province Scout Council Chairman Kang Won Bae, Former Scout Council Chairman Lee Bok Yie, City Council Chairman An Young Heon, Vice Chairman Seo Young Bae, Special Chairman Shin Young Shik, at Vice Chairman Park Mun Seop.

Dumalo rin sa programa si Majority Floor Leader Councilor Doray Delarmente, na siya ring Vice Chairman ng QC District 1 Boy Scouts, at Councilor Godofredo Liban, na siya namang Overall Chairman ng Quezon City Boy Scouts.
