Lumagda sa Sister City Agreement sina Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte at Rishon LeZion Mayor Raz Kinstlich upang pagtibayin ang ugnayan ng Quezon City at Rishon LeZion, Israel. Ang Rishon LeZion ang ikatlong pinakamalaling lungsod sa Israel na may pinakamataas na quality of life ayon sa mga dalubhasa.

Inaasahang makakatulong ang kasunduan upang mapalakas ang ugnayan ng dalawang lungsod sa mga programa tulad ng edukasyon, security, smart technology, innovation, water management, trade and investments, building a start-up ecosystem, disaster preparedness, tourism, at iba pa.

Nakiisa rin sa isinagawang kasunduan sina Philippine Ambassador to the Israel Pedro Laylo Jr., QC Administrator Michael Alimurung, Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) Head Margarita Santos, Engineering Department Head Atty. Dale Perral at mga opisyal ng Rishon LeZion.
